Industrial group

PJP Makrum S.A. is a group of industrial companies operating in several market segments. The first is docking systems, manufactured and distributed through the parent company and its subsidiaries: PROMStahl Polska Sp. z o.o., PROMStahl GmbH, and PROMStahl Ltd. The PROMStahl brand is already among the most recognizable brands in the industry, focusing on further expansion in Europe and globally. The second segment of activity includes MODULO parking platforms, an innovative design for which demand is growing rapidly, in line with the global problem of urban parking. The third area in which PJP MAKRUM specializes is the production of crushing and grinding machines, a traditional MAKRUM product. The youngest brand in the Group, Promlift, offers warehouse equipment products, including forklifts and warehouse racks. Another segment, rooted in the company's tradition, is industrial construction. Our portfolio also includes aluminum facades, aluminum joinery, lift-and-slide doors and fire protection products.

He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. He completed the Management 2000 training and consulting program for business practitioners and completed postgraduate studies in Management Accounting at the Poznań University of Economics.

He studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, majoring in Machine Technology and Design. He completed the Management 2000 training and consulting program for business practitioners and completed postgraduate studies in Management Accounting at the Poznań University of Economics. From 1995 to 1999, he worked at ZNTK Bydgoszcz as Deputy Manager of the Z5 Mechanical Plant. From 1999 to 2000, he served as a Member of the Management Board of the Ramech Mechanical Plant in Bydgoszcz. From 2000 to 2005, he was employed at Elektromontaż Gdańsk on a contract in Germany, working in construction contracts as Construction Manager for the mechanical and electrical sections. In 2005, he began working at MAKRUM S.A. and MAKRUM S.A. subsidiaries, serving as Project Manager from 2005 to 2009. Member of the Management Board of Heilbronn Pressen GmbH from 2009 to 2010. Head of the Project Management Team at MAKRUM S.A. from 2009 to 2012. President of Heilbronn Pressen Service GmbH from 2010 to 2013. Since 2012, President of the Management Board of Makrum Project Management Sp. z o.o. In November 2016, he took up the position of CEO of Projprzem Makrum. He became President of the Management Board of the company, which has been called PJP Makrum since 2020, in April 2017.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz (1991-1996), majoring in Construction Technology and Organization.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from 1991 to 1996, majoring in Construction Technology and Organization at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz. From 1996 to 2002, he worked on construction projects implemented as a General Contractor by Budomont – Pomorze Sp. z o.o. from Bydgoszcz. From 2003, he managed projects as a Contract Manager at Budimex – Dromex S.A. From 2005 to 2007, he was responsible for Budimex – Dromex S.A.'s acquisition activities as Deputy Director of the Sales Office. In 2007, he joined Bin – Biuro Inżynierskie Sp. z o.o. as Marketing Director and later Vice President and Member of the Management Board. As part of his responsibilities, he managed the operations of a company conducting industrial and warehouse projects, specializing in the comprehensive implementation of construction investments using steel structures. In May 2013, Dariusz Szczechowski began working as Vice President and then President of the Management Board of Makrum Sp. z o.o. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Management Board of Makrum Project Management Sp. z o.o. He became Vice President of Projprzem Makrum S.A. (currently PJP Makrum S.A.) in 2017.

Who are we?

A distinctive feature of the company, contributing to its competitiveness, is the synergy of its business segments, which allows for a more comprehensive and effective response to market needs. PJP MAKRUM S.A. has been operating for over 60 years. Initially, the company specialized in the design and construction of industrial buildings. In 1990, as a result of privatization, the PROJPRZEM joint-stock company was established, which began intensive development in the production of steel structures. In subsequent years, the company also began operating in the cargo handling technology segment, gaining a significant position as a manufacturer of cargo handling systems in Europe. In 2016, the company joined the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group, expanding its offerings to include innovative parking systems and crushing and grinding machines.
